We worked closely with Maersk employees, regularly presenting our ideas at their headquarters and gathering feedback. Using design sprints, we integrated new insights weekly, continuously refining our solution based on user feedback and research findings.

Our research aimed to understand what women value in job advertisements and the factors influencing their decisions to apply for roles in male-dominated industries. This included both desk research and interviews with women in tech, providing firsthand insights into their preferences, challenges, and motivations.

Based on our research, we created a redesigned career page that resonated better with female candidates. We addressed issues such as gender-neutral language, improved representation in visuals, and highlighted company initiatives supporting diversity and inclusion.

Collaborating with students from marketing, business, graphic design, and front- and back-end development gave me a broader perspective and taught me how different fields work together to create a cohesive product.
